In my work I want to illustrate conflicts between materials. The gold-and-steel pieces show that on two levels.
First there are the different colours:The warm yellow-red gold and the cold grey stainless steel.
On the second level the contrast of the metals: The soft gold and the strong steel.
The minimal jewellery from gold and steel express that this conflict ends in a material comunication full of harmony.
Beside developing jewellery lines I like to manufacture narrative pieces. Have a look to the video and feel inspired by photographs of Spanish castles like me.
