Returns
Merchandise purchased from ObjectFetish.com MUST BE IN TRANSIT, SHIPPED BACK TO THE ARTIST within 3 DAYS of delivery, tracked and insured. The jewelry must not be worn.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT FULLY REFUNDABLE. There are NO REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES, and if Object Fetish or our artists must pay taxes for returns, these fees will not be refunded.
-For jewelry $1000 and over please contact us for return instructions.
- INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS including shipping labels with your return.
- INSURE the shipment for full value with TRACKING. Returns without tracking or insurance that "go missing" will not be refunded.
-work DAMAGED in shipping must be reported to ObjectFetish within 12 hours of delivery, and will be repaired without a fee.
There are no returns on custom orders.
If jewelry needs repair or re-sizing, individual artists sets their own fee per hour plus shipping costs. Fees differ with each artists. See artist's site or use the contact form on our site.
